Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and securely attach the pre-paid return label provided.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
